Studio Policies

• A valid credit card on file is required to secure all appointments.
• We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to allow us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 100% of the booked service total.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure a seamless experience for all clients, we ask that you arrive on time.

• Up to 15 minutes late: Your service may need to be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment.
• More than 15 minutes late: We reserve the right to cancel your appointment. If canceled due to late arrival, a fee equal to 100% of the booked service total will apply.
• No-shows: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a fee equal to 100% of the booked service total.

To maintain our appointment schedule and provide the meticulous attention each service deserves, please choose your gel color carefully before application.

Once your selected color has been applied, color changes cannot be accommodated during the same appointment. If you have any concerns about your color selection, please communicate them before application begins so we can help you feel confident in your choice.

• For safety and sanitation reasons, children and pets are not permitted in the studio. This policy does not apply to legally protected service animals.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service when necessary due to safety concerns, inappropriate conduct, or failure to comply with studio policies. If a service must be discontinued for these reasons, the applicable charge will be determined based on the circumstances and services performed.

A removal fee applies to existing nail products applied by another salon or nail technician.

Because we cannot verify the products, application methods, or techniques used by other providers, additional time and care may be required to remove them safely. Please select this add-on service if this applies to you.

All eligible services performed at The Nail Set LLC are covered by a 7-calendar-day service guarantee, beginning on the date of your appointment.

Within this period, we will correct eligible lifting, chipping, or other application-related imperfections at no additional charge.

Please contact us within the seven-day period to arrange a repair appointment.

Requests made after the seven-day period will require a repair appointment and will incur the repair service fee.
